HUBPAS LIMITED
Community Rules
Effective 21 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-21
Hubpas connects people through events. These rules apply to profiles, event listings, messages, calls, photos, videos, documents, invitations, vendor and sponsor content, and other contributions. Users must be at least 13. By accepting these rules, you agree to follow them whenever you contribute content or interact through Hubpas.
What is prohibited
- Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, discriminatory abuse, stalking, doxxing and sharing someone else's private information without permission.
- Nudity, pornography, sexually explicit content, sexual solicitation, exploitation, grooming and any sexual content involving minors. Child sexual abuse or exploitation is never permitted, including in private messages.
- Graphic real-world violence, gore, glorification of violence, credible threats, encouragement of self-harm or suicide, and content promoting violent extremism.
- Scams, impersonation, deceptive event listings, fraudulent tickets, misleading prizes, payment fraud, spam and attempts to evade account restrictions.
- Illegal goods, activities or services, infringement of copyright or other rights, and unauthorised sharing of recordings or personal information.
You are responsible for content you submit and for obtaining the rights and consent needed to share it. Event organisers are responsible for accurate event, access, prize, eligibility and refund information and for complying with applicable laws. Account verification is not a guarantee of safety or an endorsement of an event.
Reporting and blocking
Use Report on an event, user profile or message to send a private report to Hubpas reviewers. Include the reason and relevant details. Do not download, copy or redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material. Report the relevant item in the app instead. Block user stops supported direct interactions and hides that user's content from your feeds; manage your blocked list in Profile → Safety & community. Blocking does not erase copies already received by another person.
Organiser chat controls
Organisers can remove messages from their event chat, mute participants or remove them from the chat. Muting prevents posting; removal restricts access to the chat. Organisers can restore access in Safety & community. These powers apply only to their own event chat and do not give access to private conversations.
Platform review and enforcement
Authorised Hubpas reviewers assess reports and available evidence. Depending on severity and context, Hubpas may remove content, suspend posting and interactions, or take further action required by law. Reviewers receive the reported item and relevant details, not unrestricted access to all private chats. We maintain records of moderation decisions. Reports involving a reviewer's own account require an independent reviewer.
We prioritise suspected child exploitation and credible threats. Where required or appropriate, concerns may be escalated to the relevant authorities. Hubpas is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services if someone faces immediate danger. Do not submit malicious or deliberately false reports.
Appeals and safety contact
For safety concerns, an appeal or a request to review an organiser restriction, email hubpasofficial@gmail.com. Include your registered account identifier, relevant event or report reference, and an explanation. Never send passwords, wallet PINs or verification codes. Hubpas Limited is responsible for operating the platform report review process.
Privacy and changes
See our Privacy Policy for how reports and other information are handled. We may update these rules; material changes may require renewed acceptance before you post.
